To me, mental health is one of the many components aside from physical, emotional, and social/cultural factors that makes us whole. These factors contribute to the way we perceive the world, process our emotions, and make decisions. Our mental well-being also affects the way we cope with stress and work with others. Understanding the ways that I cope and respond in various circumstances is an important step for me to come to a consensus with and improve upon my own mental well-being. For example... self love!! Love yourself fam!!
